Do you have a retail location?

Senapa Cards is a BBB A+ rated online retailer of award-winning invitations and event accessories. You can safely shop with us 24/7 from the comfort of your home (or anywhere using a mobile device).  We then ship your order via FedEx or UPS right to your door.

ORDERING

Do you offer samples?

Invitation samples can be ordered via our dedicated invitation website (and reimbursed; see details).  Samples of most favors and accessories may be obtained by ordering a quantity of 1.  

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.  We also accept debit cards that bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.

When will my credit card be charged?

Because our product selection includes a vast number of personalized items, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I place an order by phone?

All orders are placed through our secure website.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Orders shipping to Michigan will be charged sales tax.  Orders shipping to Canadian provinces will be charged applicable taxes.

Where do you ship?

We ship to physical addresses (no PO Boxes) within the United States and Canada.

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 6 to 10 business days after it's placed.  Please allow 3 additional business days for orders containing personalized items.

Do you charge restocking fees?

We only charge restocking fees on orders returned without prior authorization and orders that are refused upon delivery.

My order arrived with damaged, defective or missing items.  What do I do?

We strive to package and ship orders with the utmost care, however there may be instances where a package arrives containing damaged or missing items.  Please carefully inspect the contents of your package upon arrival and notify us within 7 days of receiving the package if there are issues.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you created an account while placing your order, you may log in to your account to obtain order status.  You may also email Customer Support for order status. 

Can I track my online order?

Once your order has shipped, shipping notification with tracking details will be emailed to you.

How do I add to, modify or cancel an order?

Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, once the order is in the production stage, we aren't able to accommodate modifications or cancellations.
