* PLEASE NOTE:
- Returned items must show no signs of use and be in the original packaging. For health reasons, we are unable to accept returns of food/candy items, and cosmetics. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned.
- Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Outbound and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
- WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Normally, we don't charge restocking fees however a $15 restocking fee will apply to all orders returned without prior approval.
- Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
We strive to package and ship orders with the utmost care however there may be instances where a package arrives containing damaged items. Please carefully inspect your package upon delivery to ensure that all items are in good condition and all items ordered are present. If there are issues with your order, we must be notified no later than 7 days after the order was delivered.
REFUND TIME FRAME
You can expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).
